[1]. Autoair Holdings (AUTOAIR, 7044)

Principal activities: Manufacturing of automobile air-conditioning parts, etc.
Major shareholders: Dato' Yeaw Kok Sing, Galactrans S/B, Datin Tan Po Moi, Imbas Cekap S/B.

The group manufactures automobile air-conditioning parts and accessories (ie accumulators, condenser fans and blowers, expansion valves) and supplies to Tier-1 air-conditioner manufacturers such as APM, Denso, Sanden, UCM and Patco.

Principal activities: Manufacture automobile parts and components.
Major shareholders: Kong Kok Keong.

The group manufactures [a]. Automotive wiper arms, blades and related components, [b]. Car window regulators, [c]. Automobile electric horns, and [d]. Automobile steering wheel columns and related components. The bulk of its sales go to the 2 national marques.

Principal activities: Manufacturing and trading allow wheels, etc.
Major shareholders: Information Gateway S/B, Soh Thiam Hong, Skim ASB, LT Haji.

BSA International manufactures alloy wheels. As an export driven company, Europe is the main destination representing 41% of group's sales, followed by Asia (28%), North America (11%), Africa and the Middle East (3%) and South America (2%). The group has alloy wheel manufacturing operations in China and alloy wheel distribution operations in Germany and UK.

[4]. DK Leather Corporation (DKCORP, 5086)

Principal activities: Manufacturing automobile leather upholstery.
Major shareholders: DK-MY Holdings S/B, Koek Tiang Kung.

Around 61% of the group's products are exported, with Europe (27%) and Singapore (14%) being the major markets. The group's products are supplied to automobile manufacturers and assemblers, covering most of the automobile marques available. In Malaysia, the group has Honda, Ford, Volvo, Naza, Hyundai, etc as its clients.

Principal activities: Manufacturing automobile parts and components, etc.
Major shareholders: Mutual Concept S/B.

The group's key products are [a]. Automobile modular parts (ie fuel tank, corner module, head lamp), [b]. Metal stamping parts (ie door inner front for Wira and Iswara, dash panel), [c]. Suspension parts, and [d]. Plastic parts (ie lamp). Metal stamping parts contribute 60% of the group's sales, and are supplied mainly to Proton and Perodua. Sales to Proton constitute 40% to the group's sales whereas sales to Perodua constitute 30%. Exports have yet to be substantial. At the moment, the exports are mainly facelift parts (bumpers, lamps, grilles, etc) for the Toyota Land Cruiser in the Middle East. The group is also involved in the manufacture and sale of carbon composite bicycle and related components. However, the contribution from the composite division has been negative.

[6]. GPA Holdings (GPA, 7096)

Principal activities: Manufacturing batteries for automobiles, etc.
Major shareholders: Tan Sri Dato' Tan Hua Choon, Tan Han Chuan, Ong Huey Peng, Abdul Rasip bin Harun, Chew Boon Seng, Lee Kok Yong, Ong Poh Geok.

The group is involved in [a]. Manufacturing automobiles batteries and sealed lead acid batteries, and [b]. Manufacturing of industrial plastics and related products. The replacement market is the group's main market segment.

[7]. Mintye Industries (MINTYE, 5886)

Principal activities: Manufacture automobile and industrial friction materials.
Major shareholders: Yatee & Sons S/B, Alidin S/B, Yatee Holdings S/B.

The group manufactures brake related components such as brake linings, brake pads, brake shoe core, etc. 55% of the group's products are exported. The group's main market segment is the replacement market.
